Hyo Mail and HyoNova
How are Hyo Mail and HyoNova related?
Hyo Mail is HyoNova's email marketing product. This site presents it; your account, billing and usage live in HyoNova at app.hyonova.com.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Sign up for a HyoNova company account, or sign in to the one you have, and Hyo Mail is already in your workspace.
Is there a separate Hyo Mail subscription?
No. Hyo Mail is included in the Free, Basic, Business and Enterprise plans. You only buy credit packs when you need more sending capacity.
Can my company use only Hyo Mail?
Yes. Start a company on the Free plan and use Hyo Mail on its own. The rest of HyoNova is there whenever you want it.
Sending
Is there a daily sending limit?
There is no plan-based daily cap. Your credits are your capacity; very large campaigns are spread over time by the sending provider, and the campaign shows its state.
Why not send campaigns from Gmail or Outlook?
Both limit how many people one account can email in a day and set extra rules for bulk senders. Our comparison page lists the official figures with links to each source.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. You verify a domain you own and add its DKIM, SPF, DMARC and MAIL FROM records. Hyo Mail gives you each record to copy, and can add them for you on Cloudflare with your approval.
Do you guarantee delivery to the inbox?
No provider can. Authentication, reputation, recipient engagement and each receiver's policy all play a part, and Hyo Mail reports accepted, delivered and bounced messages separately.
Are open rates exact?
No. Privacy features and security scanners can load a message without a person reading it, so opens are an estimate. Reports focus on clicks and verified conversions.
Credits and pricing
What is a credit?
One credit covers one recipient accepted for sending. A campaign to 8,000 subscribers uses 8,000 credits.
Do promotional credits renew every month?
No. They are granted once per company: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Basic and 10,000 on Business. An upgrade adds only the difference.
Do credits expire?
Promotional credits do not expire. Purchased packs are valid for 12 months.
What happens when my credits run out?
Sending that needs more credits waits until you add a pack in HyoNova Billing. Nothing you have built is lost.
Content and data
Can I write campaigns in Arabic?
Yes. The editor and all 55 designs support right-to-left Arabic and left-to-right English, with desktop and mobile previews.
Can I move from Mailchimp or Brevo?
Yes. Export your contacts from them and import the CSV with consent and unsubscribe status preserved. Automations and templates are rebuilt in Hyo Mail.
Is there a limit on contacts?
No. Hyo Mail has no commercial contact cap on any plan. Sending still needs credits and your subscribers' consent.
Can I send transactional email?
Yes, through the API with a verified sender. Transactional and marketing messages share one credit balance. SMTP relay is not part of Hyo Mail.
