How credits work
One credit, one recipient
1 credit = 1 recipient accepted for sending. Sending the same campaign to 8,000 subscribers uses 8,000 credits.
No plan-based daily cap
Your available credits are your capacity. Very large sends are spread over time by the sending provider, never blocked by your plan.
No contact cap
Keep as many contacts as your business has. You pay for messages sent, not for the size of your list.
Credits that last
Promotional credits do not expire, and purchased packs stay valid for 12 months.
One wallet
Campaigns, automations and transactional email all draw from the same credit balance.
Serene is separate
